What is meant by kindness? Is it ever wrong to be kind?

According the Oxford dictionary the definition of kindness is the state or act of being kind. No, it's never wrong to be kind but if someone was threatening you you would talk to them in an unrespectful way. You should always respect people that give you respect. Kindness can be delivered in many ways such as cards, actions and words. It is always right to be kind to people that show respect to you but not to people that don't.
